We stayed here from 8th April till 12th of April with my mother. The room was good for us bed was comfortable AC worked very well. The hotel has a private beach so we can basically walked down to the sea from our room. The view from the balcony is amazing. The staff is kind and friendly. The receptionist is speaks good English, even let as to stay a little bit longer then check out time because of our fly was in the evening. Thanks you Alia beach residence, I can only recommend! Good location as well, shops restaurants, bank is by walk distance

Hotel was at a great location. Close to main attractions in the city. It had its own beach. It was small but decent and clean. We were able to do some snorkelling and view amazing fish and corals. What I liked the most was very helpful and kind hotel stuff. They helped us with ordering food from a local falafel shop as a courtesy. They took care of things smoothly. Thanks for all of these.

The place is well located with proximity to Marina, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and local markets. We stayed 4 nights and done a lot of activities which was arranged by the great staff member Ahmed, he was always there to help us with all of our needs, just ask him and he’ll help you, he is the best! They helped us with early check in. Mohammad was also great, helped us a lot especially about late check out due to our late night flight. Rooms are quite convenient with clean comfortable beds, sheets, bathroom and all. I really enjoyed my staying here and would choose this place again if I come back. Sending my gratitude to the great staff members!

Big rooms and nice view in most of the rooms. Nice team, Mohammed was always there to help and provided us with a life-saving water supply.
Snorkeling at the beach was mesmerizing as a first time red sea underwater experience.

The view from the balacony was great. The bed was comfortable. I liked the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful as we're the staff on the beach. The people who cleaned our apartment did a geat job. The location was excellent. Close to shops banks and supermarkets

The first time I came to Hurghada, I chose Alia Beach Hotel. After staying for two nights, I felt very good. First of all, the hotel is located in the city, which is very convenient to go anywhere. There are all kinds of shops nearby, and it is close to the go bus station and the exchange point. Secondly, the hotel environment is good, there is a private beach behind the hotel, the room is very large, and the balcony view is also good. The room is relatively clean. Thirdly, the hotel manager and staff are very friendly. Every time I contact them on WhatsApp, they reply and solve it in time. And today after checking out, I forgot my phone in the room. I forgot about it all day until I returned to the hotel to pick up the stored luggage. The hotel manager asked me and returned my phone to me. Thank them so much. This is the most touching time I have in Egypt. Finally, the hotel itself can book various tours, and their prices are very good. If you don’t want to spend time bargaining with various agents on the street, then they are also a good choice, saving time and thoughtful arrangements.

Modern simple resort with easily accessible cosy small private beach that has crystal clear waters.
Spacious apartment style rooms with built in kitchen sink, kitchen cooking counter & mocrpwave oven. We chose a Room with a seaview balcony that the room was really huge spacious with spacious balcony as well. The seaview was magnificent too.

The property was centrally located. It was easy to access all of the tours. Restaurants nearby and shopping. Had a nice view of the water. The studio was large with a kitchenette and a balcony. A very well priced property.

We had an excellent stay. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay at the hotel. We booked a sea view room with a small balcony, and the value for money was unbeatable. The location is very convenient as everything is nearby. There are great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and kind. Don't hesitate to book activities directly with the hotel; their prices are very reasonable, and the activities are high-quality with reliable service. If you're looking to get away from the large all-inclusive resorts, this hotel is a great choice. Staying here is an excellent way to discover Hurghada and his culture.

I highly recommend everyone to stay in a hotel. It is really convenient. The room is very clean and nice. Moreover, It has a very strong air conditioning. That is very important in the summer, especially when you come back from the sea. Everyone was so nice to us and was very easy to communicate.

The residence has been under new management for four months. Asaad and his team were super helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My initial booking was four nights and I ended up staying fourteen nights. The location is excellent for restaurants/town centre. It was nice to have an accessible private beach. I was ill during some of my stay and Asaad helped get me medical care. Very grateful to him and his team.
